We are having a canned good food drive to help the families in our area. Please bring some cans if you can. Ms. Mary or Tina and they will pick them up from you. The last day we are taking the can goods will be November 19th. Thank you for your support.
I am not sure if everyone is aware that a Junior Deer Park boy received a bad break to his arm when we played them on October 31st. I wanted to let everyone know that he is doing ok and we have been checking with the club about his progress. One reason I bring this up is to let everyone know how our Senior boys responded to the incident from the sidelines. They showed GREAT sportsmanship and compassion. The young man and his family would like to thank them for their kind words during their ordeal. Everyone should be proud of them, they are a great group of boys.
